Priory Renovations

Renovations to our Priory continued with the installation of the new boilers. The boilers arrived and were installed the week of September 21st. Meanwhile new heat and air-conditioning units have been installed in all three floors of the Priory. The units are sleek and energy efficient, able to provide ample heating in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. The new HVAC-system also includes the house Chapel. Air-conditioning of the entire house is a new feature. The new HVAC system is scheduled to be operational by the end of October. Please click here to view of slideshow of the boiler renovations.
The south wing of the Priory's second floor was gutted this summer. All non-bearing walls were torn down. The building permits were just approved, allowing for the renovations to commence. This wing of the house for the senior members of our community will offer 10 individual rooms with private bath, study and bedroom areas. Previously this wing housed offices and classrooms of the PFIC. Please click here to view a slideshow of the 2nd floor renovations.
