(Important update: Due to an overwhelming response from the public, this talk will now take place at the Yale Club of New York, located at 50 Vanderbilt Ave.) On Wednesday, June 2, Archbishop Augustine DiNoia, O.P., will deliver a lecture in New York City entitled: "Facing the Challenges to Faith in Christ Today: The Dominican Way."  Sponsored by the Dominican Foundation, the lecture will begin at 6:00 PM

Drawing on the wisdom of the "Dominican Way"--the intellectual tradition of the Order of Preachers crowned by the achievements of St. Thomas Aquinas--Archbishop DiNoia will examine three contemporary challenges faced by Christians and the cultural assumptions that underlie them: what it means to call Christ the Savior, what it means to be authentically human, and what it means to be moral.

Seating is limited, so please RSVP by May 30 to Diana Kilarjian at the Dominican Foundation office at 212.535.3664, or e-mail by clicking here.
