On Thursday, November 12, 2009 Archbishop Joseph Kurtz, D.D. will give the Saint Albert the Great Lecture at Saint Louis Bertrand Church in Louisville, KY.. Pope Benedict XVI’s Caritas in Veritate: its message to the US

On Aug. 26, St. Vincent Ferrer Church in New York will host a public forum under the heading, "Caritatis in Veritate: What Does It Say to America?" The keynote speaker examining the encyclical's call for a moral approach to managing the global economy will be Archbishop Timothy Dolan of New York. He will be joined by Fr. Peter John Cameron, O.P., editor-in-chief of Magnificat, the monthly missal; and Fr. Pope Benedict XVI has named Archbishop Timothy Dolan as the next archbishop of New York. Archbishop Dolan earned a Licentiate of Sacred Theology from the Dominicans at the Angelicum in Rome.
