Bornem is on the left side of the map, half way up.  The major highways have two denominations: the numbers with the E on the green labels are European, whereas the the numbers with the A on the red labels are national.  The Primate of Belgium is the Cardinal Archbishop of Brussels and Mechelen (Bruxelles and Malines).  Brussels, the capital, is just below Mechelen, but beyond the map.
