Biography

"Hey Preacher....!" That was my nickname way back in high school in Virginia, thirty-five years ago. Lord only knows how I got that name, but somehow it stuck in my bones and in my spirit! My life, probably like yours, has taken a lot of twists and turns. I found myself as an infantry officer, a tractor driver, teacher of the disabled, a Dominican friar, priest, seminary professor, and missioner in Africa and Russia. Well, I suppose that none of us lives the life that we intend. Now I am preaching the Gospel full-time. I preach to all of us; we who sometimes find ourselves in the back rows of churches with questions and struggles that are not too neat and nice. But life never did fit too well in pretty boxes! I have always believed that if something does not work at home, then don't try to export it! People will know it is a rip off! So, when I preach, I preach out of my experience of the Gospel, and I preach to the real needs of people, who are just trying to get through the week by the grace of God!.

Father Frank is curently a full-time itinerent preacher conducting parish missions and retreats. He was born on May 15, 1949, in Pittsburgh, PA.
